It's is the New Year, the year of the Monkey. Neo Fascist Utopia is hosting a Hoi Cho at its capital, Leaf Village. All are welcome to come. For the next 4 days, we will be having Múa Lân, Archery Contests, Ten Lien tournaments, Kung fu and Shinobi training, all the food one can eat and many other events.
