In light of the successful, but costing, rescue of a village of Anthromorphic Humanoids, the United Socialist States of Nodea Rudav, at the request of Its People, is opening a link between nations for a Population Transfer of Reptilian Humanoids that are unwanted and mistreated to an extreme. The People have seen the torture the recently rescued village of Anthromorphs had gone through, and by an unpresendented decision of 10 to 0 by the Peoples Socialist Council, it is decided that once again we, Nodea Rudav, should welcome with open arms a different species of Humanoids to enhance the culture, but NOT change, of The People.
