After finding that he crime rate has been rising drastically since we eliminated prisons the Rogue Nation of Karzakistan has started exporting criminals after their second offense. murderers get the death penalty, rapists are castrated, but if they commit another crime after castration they are exported, drugs, prostitution and gambling are all legal so the people being exported are all medium level criminals, thieves, scam artists of one sort or another, vandals, thugs who do not kill, various political dissidents that participate in the destruction of property. The government has put out a notice to any and all governments that would like to take these people in, but as we do not expect them to be desired most of them have been airlifted to various uninhabited islands in the south pacific and other large oceans. we have also dropped several in unclaimed areas of desert. The Karzakist citizenship of these criminals has been revoked and they will not be allowed back into the country or given any protection of any kind.
