Dyelli Beybi

A General Intelligence Report
Despite pledges to disarm it's Navy, over the last week two new ships hulls have been layed down in Saint Guineford's with a further in Jesuitlem. While it is unclear exactly what the ships will turn out to be, it is clear they are as large, or in one case larger, than the carriers currently in service in Dyelli Beybi.
A further request has been made for country's willing to rent out dock facilities for unspecified Carrier, Battle Cruiser, Cruiser, Destroyer and Frigate hulls to allow for the manufacture of ships in their country.
A widescale sale of military equipment along with a largescale stripping of electronic components from existing hulls has also been observed, leading to further confusion during the circumstances.

A Statement from Dyelli Beybi
In light of recent events Dyelli Beybi has decided to completely redesign it's entire Navy around a role more designed for offshore projection of Air power and Coastal defence with less emphasis on fleet to fleet combat.
As such Dyelli Beybi requires port facilities to produce ships of the following classes:
Carrier (6 of varying size and role), Battle Cruiser (15), Cruiser (28 ), Destroyer (numerous) and Frigate (numerous).

We are willing to pay practically any price for either
a) rental of port facilities or
b) the complete manufacture of the vessel. Electronic components and turrets can be supplied by Dyelli Beybi.
