As her army is now gaining strength No-Dachi Yo is to announce the development of a new ballistic missile with up to an 800 mile range, it is expected to be in use in around 7 or 8 years at a cost of over $4 billion. These "Free Bird" missiles are expected to be much more accurate than the current crop of SCUD missiles, and obviously with a much greater range.

A 300 mile range is not that far, in fact many modern ballistics can triple that range.
