Yeah...sure...whatever. I still wont sell you anything that makes people melt, turn green or glow in the dark. Y'see, I dont sell to all nations. I sell WMD to those over 100 mil. If your trying to bribe me, fine, I'm cool with bribes. Unfourtunatly 80 mil. is a little low, A bribe for allowing you access to our WMD store would be something like your national budget for several years. As to 'gathering the courage' GLAcorp has been around since Dontgonearthere was created. It took me about five minutes to make the store the first time.
And also note that I will do an ID check when I sell WMD, if you happen to be a warmongering foolmonkey it would be a better bet to make a new nation and wait for it to get 100 mil than to ask for WMDs or try to bribe me for them.

10 cubes plus nanobuild system for each = 1,002,500,000
