The nation of Rougestate is a small insignificant nation that has proven already a lying cheating scum. He has stolen units I sell and made them his own luckily he was to stupid to chang my name which he copied and pasted. He must be ignored for the sake of the game.

Just ignore them... it's much easier. Ignore cannon (while some may find it funny) just further prove that you are not actually going to ignore them... but instead flame and spam their thread with comments like "stoopid n00b"...
