Diplomatic Talks with Holy panooly
Kahta is now coming to the table to discuss with Holy panooly the selling of WMD's and similar weapons.
Our requests.
1. Holy Panooly begin implementing backround checks on all customers
2. Holy Panooly will not sell weapons to nations with less than a 15 Million population
3. Holy Panooly will ensure that all weapons are stable and will not explode
4. Holy Panooly will raise prices by 50% and donate 10% of proceeds into a lottery fund.
We object to point 2 on your list. Why should small countries be disallowed from buying Nuclear weapons?

IC: We sell these weapons to increase the wealth and prosperity in our nation. It was not wise to threaten us with invading us, because the publical oppinion has changed drasticly on this subject. Previous we saw your country as a normal, potential business partner. Now most of the people see your nation as hypocrite and igorant because you have WMD too.
We sell them to nations. It's not the most honoust trade there is but we make much money of it and all nations that have purchased the weapons have signed a contract that Holy Panooly is not responsible for their actions.
about the price of the weapons, we have spent much time and money into this project and we believe that if we would raise the prices to normal and accepted standards, we would lose lots of customers and potential customers too.
