This is a wondrous area which is only accessible to Sadaki residents and occasionally their Allies. Sadak's crack troops are trained here. All units trained in Leo-Towa get the following increases:
+25% Stealth
+25% Discipline
+25% Efficiency
+25% Fighting Skills
For Allies, Training costs 1000 Credits per soldier. Training is expensive, and takes a total of 4 years(about 4 days IRL) and you have the option of training up to 1000 soldiers at once, as long as you can pay the cost.
