After two desicive battles and former Prince supporters changed sides, a Communist revolt, calling themselves the Revolutionary Army of Shinoxia came to power today. The First Prince of Shinoxia and his remaining followers were exiled to a small island off the coast of Antarctica. General Amundsen III and his Revolutionary Army have finally gotten what they were after. Following his coming to power Comrade Amundsen moved the capitol from Shinoxia City to Kenoko.

He paused and stared into the massive crowd.

"Never again will the cruel Prince rob us, and have us begging for food in order to fund his wars. Never again will we have to work for low wages in the Prince's factories. Now we are free!"

The crowd began to cheer and clap.

"I assure that from this day forth, The United Socialist States of Shinoxia will never have to take arms against their brothers again.....The Prince's former supporters and Armed Forces have been allowed to go home unharmed as they have became communists and promised to never try to bring back the old monarchy. Now we must mourn the brave communists who died to bring down the Prince's regime, God rest their souls!"

The crowd seemed to agree, many had lost family members in the short war and were ready to go back to their old lives.

"I will leave you now as free men and women, government owned factories have been handed back to the people. Good Night and pray for the safety of our new leadership....God bless the Revolution!!"

Comrade Amundsen now would like to ask other communist nations to help them rebuild their military. Any donation of any size is greatly appreciated.

Communist Louisiana has now landed its 2500 construction workers and 57 pieces of heavy and light construction equipment. We begin to bulldose a small dirt run way long enough to have large scale bombers and large 747 commercial airline jets if needed. We hope to have the whole length of the run way paved within the next coupple of days. Here is our plans for building your modern day port and air strip.

1. Pavement of a crude dirt runways.
2.Begin pavement and building of momentary hangers for large scale bombers guarding Shinoxia.
3.Begin the trench digging of channels for large ships with supplies to Shinoxia.
4.The building of Modern day docks for container ships,other trade ships, and warships.
5.The start of the building of a vast rail system to carry supplies from the major port into inland Shinoxia.

I hope this is good enough for a large trade system for you Shinoxia. I would also like to try to get some more things from other countries willing to help. Money, workers, engineers, equipment, & etc. will be greatly needed and appreciated.

I am glad to see so many nations helping one another. First of all Hutu. I am not Stalinist. Nor am i either Leninist. The fallen USSR was not even Communist. There were classes. I am Marxist. Pure and simple. Second of all, one of the main goals of every communist nation is to spread the idea of a peoples revolution. Every communist LIKE leader has acknowledged it.

The airport is not complete yet Core Worlds. If the plan was a smaller one. I would give permission to land on my aircraft carrier where my planes are launched & patroling the cost of Shinoxia. I would then taxi you to land. The air strip and hangers for helicopters and planes are on schedule to be done in 1.5(RL) days.

Shinoxia, I need you to think of a name for the airport, rail system, and your sea port. Also I will need timber for cross ties for the rail bed. So I need promission from you if we can clear cut some land. Some of it will have to be cutted anyway for the buildings and what not. My ships will begin dredging the lanes for the ships to enter the port. All construction will be done in about 7 to 10(RL) days if everything is on schedule. Less time if we get more supplies and what not.

We are truly outraged that the lawful monarchy has been overthrown. However as long as the new communist regime will not try to opress it's people we are willing to help you in rebuilding the country. Tom Sawyer was glad he packed cold weather gear for this flight. As the plane landed at the airport and taxied to the parking spot, he idly wondered how a nation cold live in a place like Antarctica.

The bright red plane with a golden sun burst starting from the rear that has come to be known as "K. Marx I" and has taken its place as a shuttle plane for all emmissaries and such to go from on nation to another lands at the airport in Shinoxia's capitol. A cadray of men leave the large jet and are ushered around behind it where their vehicles are being unloaded at. The men get in the jet black SUV's and drive off to the Capitol Building to meet up with the leaders of the government and Military.

Shortly there after a second smaller plane lands containing a group of surveyers who go off into the city and begin mapping it to find a suitable place to build the embassy.

After word has gotten to Premier DuFour about the peace/defense treaty passing, Communist Louisiana will now begin leaving the island of Shinoxia. They will pull military and economic support from the island and destroy what has not yet be completed.
