Surely you guys know that there are other nations out there who will always attack smaller nations on the moral high ground if they claim to be doing something evil like killing all their ethnic minorities... hell, if I wanted to I could use a tenth of my military power to simply crush your nation, and I wouldn't even need a reason as such.

So how about doing something in secret for a change, like being a nice happy government on the outside, yet use RP to hint that something bad is going on in your nation... at the very least you can claim it in the name of national security and not just do it cause your a crack pot dictator who want's to be in Time magazine.
