It is 10:00 pm, and the streets of the capital is filled with people celebrating the summer nightlife.

A sleek, black car pulls up outside an incredibly busy nightclub. It sits there idleing for several seconds before the door opens. A balding man steps out, adjusting his sunglasses. He looks around, and shuts the door behind him, beginning the cross the road.

The man walks further and further, until he is 300 meters away. The balding man turns around, and smiles as he sees that a police car is parkingl to his own. The man obeserves how busy the streets are. Nobody has seemed to notice his car sitting there, idling, except for the policeman, who has gotten out and arrived at the car's window.

The man smiles, and reaches into his pocket as the police officer knocks on the window of the car. He pulls out his cell phone, noticing that people are starting to stop and watch, gathering outside his car. He smiles, knowing that tonight went perfectly. He knows that tonight, many people will die, including the policeman.

The man dials a number and puts the earpiece to his ear. Not waiting for it to begin dialing, the man turns around, and begins walking casually away from his car, further. Behind him, his car explodes in a firey ball.

As the screaming begins, the man puts his phone back in his pocket, and slips into a nearby dark allyway. His mission was completed....

ELM's leadership structure is based on an 'order of importance'. If the current leadership is defeated, the next important office (chosen by the former leader office) rises to its position. If a leader office is destroyed, two more are established around the globe.

The current ELM headquarters is based in the Chinese province of Hong Kong, headed by Aloska Xaligo.

Funding

The Eastern Liberation Movement is funded by a group of nations who prefer to remain un-named. If you want to fund us, TG me.

Cause

Many larger nations have been corrupted by their power over others. Such nations seek to force their own ideals onto others. The balance of power has been tipped to favour these corrupted nations. The Eastern Liberation Movement seeks to shift this balance of power in favour of those who suffer under the might of the corrupted.

OOC: Just that its pretty damn hard to have a global terrorism network with an efficient leadership and $ 3700 million support a year, by conveniently unseen nations, if you were founded less then a day ago.

Don't you think terrorism "nations", just like the rest of us, should roleplay and develop first, before making such bold claims? Because if they're allowed to do so, well, you can bet your cheeks the forums will soon be filled with allot of terrorists all receiving copious amounts of funds from ofcourse undisclosed nations supporting them ;-P

Now, if ELM terrorists wants to start out with a crazed burnsian sheik and a handfull of zealous religious supporters with explosives strapped to their chests, good luck to him, even though I don't support terrorism.

OOC: How about using a different reason to ignore this attack other then "You don't have a good motive" or "He's to small" because both of these claims are incorrect, he does have a good motive (some other nation has employed him to do it) and his nation is representing a Terrorist organisation, though it's funding is too high it's RP seems ok.


HoweverHe hasn't RPed the infiltration, and the smuggling of expodsives into your nation, which is something he would have to do because he's not allowed to ignore your defences against such terrorism... otherwise I could just "claim" to assasinate his organisations leader on the assumption that I can also ignore his organisations defences.

If you really want to do a terrorist act on someone it works best if you contact them in a OOC way first and discuss how you may and may not RP the attempt.

Failing that you have to RP getting into the nation with a bomb, then setting up the bomb without being caught. At any time the nation you are bombing could pick up on your actions if they are reasonable.

And, ELM, we have upgraded our security to very high levels, your puny orginization could not have possibly gotten past it without armed attacks. (OOC: And RPing. Good first RP though, don't stop. You just have to infiltrate.)

Fertilizer is easly procured and a simple device is not completcated (and by the way the a generally made of Ammonium Nitrate, i did it today in school). TBD: you have been involved in so many conflicts recently you cannot possibly be able to keep terrorists out. OOC: smuggling explosives in would only be neccesary if he was trying to set off an extremely high powered high tech bomb. A fertilizer bomb is very low tech. You could buy the ingrediants at hardware store and possibly a supermarket.

OOC: Alright, that's it. All people who come into or leave the country will be photographed and have background checks done on the spot at gunpoint. All communications shall be monitered. All people will have to give an ID before buying potentially explosive materials. This maybe will catch the terrorists. And ELM Terrorists, just give me a OOC on who your suppliers are so you are not n00bing.

OOC: then every supermarket will have to ID check anyone who buys cleaning dettergent. Ammonia and Bleech make weak Napalm. Oh and styrofoam is also used to make it into a jelly.

ID checks are required for cigarettes if you look to be under 30, but my 15 year old brother still buys his own. So, I think this will be rather ineffective.

OOC: I'm sorry but this is just ridiculous. Any nation on the planet from the poorest to the richest has the ability to do something like this. Fertilizer bombs are very cheap and very powerful. Two people in the US were able to build a large one that destroyed the Oklahoma City Federal building back in 95. Two people. Not a government. Not an organization. Two people who weren't even wealthy AFAIK. To claim that they as a nation don't have the resources to do this is just dumb. I am certain that even the newest nation has the money to buy one car, some fertilizer and some petroleum.

Yes, I don't see why everyone is willing to accept that a country with a population of 5 million can just appear, with a working government and infrastructure, but not accept the same with a terrorist organization of 30,000.

Have you considered the fact that I might actually also RP a country which is much larger, which would have also set this organisation up?

This organisation was established by a larger nation, so that is how I got to be so large so quick: remember, there is history behind the establishment date too.

My agents were from a neutral nation: Just disguised as regular visitors: that is how I got in. (I see no posts saying that he closed off his borders before the terrorist attack.

The resources to build this bomb you can buy cheaply at a hardware store, so I can build this bomb.

So lets see: I am legally established, my agents could get in, and I could get the bomb, and build it inside TBD. Whats left... oh yeah. My funding comes from Danneland: 2.5 Billion, and Soviet China II: $1.7 Billion. So how am I godmoding now? I dont know, so here is a message to TBD:

Roleplay properly. Now post the news about my successful attack with its results, otherwise you will probably be blacklisted by most countries who do know how to RP.
