The Empire of Benicius is opening up its borders to an expansive skilled immigration program for the first time in 40 years.
To encourage migrants, the Empire will pay 60% of travel costs and over the first five years, new arrivals will pay the balance in installments.
For this program, the Empire is looking for the construction of 2 liners for both migrant passage and cruising. A tender for this lucrative contract is being sought from the international community.
Specs and perhaps pictures of vessels proposed by potential tenders should be posted on this thread. The costs should also be included. Best design/pricing/nation will get the deal.
