cartoria has currently discovered a new planet approximatly 28 light years from earth. it is the same size as the earths sun only it has an atmosphere identical to earth's.

Although we will keep 50% of the land,
cartoria is offering the remaining areas of land to any nation that applies. each area is 10,000 miles by 10,000 miles. the price per area is NOW $15,000 USD.


after a recent land test it has been discovered the planet is enriched in uranium


edit: low density allows gravity to be relitivly close to earths. only causing about 10 pounds more weight to be added to a human

[Pedantic Note: There isn't even another star within 2 light years of Earth, let alone a Saturn-sized planet. Also note, in order for gravity to be livable, density would have to be 2/3 that of water, which is about what the real Saturn's density happens to be. Meaning that your planet would have to be a gas giant, and therefore have no land to sell.]

A rather lengthy sensor analysis of the surface was conducted, and after several hours, the facility was found. A shuttle detacheditself from the Exploartion vessel and accellerated as it fell through the atmosphere towards its destination.

Ten minutes later, the shuttle lands and a prospecting team disembarks--a handful of orcs and about a dozen or so humans rounded out the party, which sought a Cartorian official.

The head of the team stood uneasily, disoriented by the descent as he waited. He seemed irritated.

from seemingly nowhere about 5 dozen cartorian special forces walk out and surround the shuttle.

A man in a filthy jump suit walks up from behind them.

"sorry there just a little cautious about ships coming in from countries not in the region." He wipes some dirt from his face and turns to the soldiers and barks out orders for them to return to their posts."

He turns back and says,"Brett Roauch, i'm head of the researching of this planet and mapping. We'll have one done soon. Let me take you to the base"He turns to the small building behind them "don't go in there its just a monitoring camp a sort of decoy incase someone wants to attack." He leads them to a small spot near the landing pad. He blows the dirt off and reveils a small hatch.

After he hits a few buttons on the hatch the landing pad starts decending and returns a moment later without the shuttle. "its in storage"

He hits a few different buttons and the hatch opens showing a dark hole with a rusty ladder going down. he decends and takes them to an underground corridor. All of the walls in this part were made of dirt as were the floors and cellings. At the end of the corridor he bends over and opens another hatch and decends down.

this was the main camp. it was filled with technology and it was nearly impossible to tell you were underground at all. He lead them to a building near by.

OOC: well svalvard needs plenty of Uranuim & oil since 1) we use the Uranuim for our Nuclear power plants and use it in making our nukes,2) we like keepingOil competetors out of Business in our region with keeping our OIl prices low.

no you can't have it for 100,000..... ITS only thirty thousand for that ammount. cartoria security will take care of the land until you have a space program. unfortunatly no dumping is allow and its more of a mining planet (URANIUM IS FRICKEN WORTH ALOT AND THEIR IS OIL UNDER IT)
