"hello, this is Europa News Agency. last night we recived a massive story about the newly formed Europa Space Commitee (ESC). The president himself had, according to ESC Records that went back just 2 Years, Ordered the production of a Rocket to launch our Saphire-I Internet Satellite. the result was a consortium of Manufactuers; Ryan Dynamics designed and bulit the Satellite and Engines, ACG bulit the Electronics, and General Systems would Fabricate it out of the Parts built by other Corporations. Eventually Dragon was chossen as a codename, and soon after the project was named Dragon-I."

"also, Ryan Andrewson, Former CEO of Ryan Dynamics had this word to say;"

"I think that this represents a huge leap forward for small nations. if we can do it, why can't others? And this is just the begining! once we build a real orbiter to put a man into space, we can really be recognised as Who we really are."
