Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen,

Good morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on when you read this...at any rate, this war game is mandatory for all who reside in the flying nation of the sky, participants will get a time of 4 days to post one message to transport their troops to the area we will be using which is "Game-Land" just immagine that game land has ruins of cities and swamps and lakes, also, and most importantly, myself, Rioki, Pheonix 1, and Notraus Elves [probably didnt spell that right] will ONLY be acting as referees, so we will have some randomly placed units thatd WILL inflict damage on random troops....OK the four "referees of sorts will post their troop numbers last...signifying the beginning of the game, Oh, and before i forget, each member of this game will pay an entrance fee of one hundred thousand dollars, may not seem like much, however, it will add up and the winner, NO REFEREES, will receive the grand prize.

I do not believe in war and will certainly not be participating in a game that glorifies it.

Then humbly get out of our region. It's a war game, when did we say we were glorifying it. It serves good practice for the real thing and gives us something to do.

Would I, a nation not within your region, be allowed to participate?

I personally would have no problem with it so long as you dont do one of the three things
1: g0d m0d
2: bring external allies
3: be, in general a 'jerk'

But i will have to contact my fellow referees, Rioki, Reformed norway, and nostarus

I believe in strong international ties...and if we have to kick the crap out of each other to get there, then so be it!

i dont have a problem with that...and may i say, an impressive show of spine from the notraus elves, and i do quite agree with him...either stop accusing us of glorifying war and play-or-go away, not to sound mean....

Hey guys if you didn't notice, Naptasia is among the oldest of the nations here wether he was an original or not. He also seems to fair very well in the UN rankings, so I think he should not have to be in this. I am not going to force him into it, if he doesn't believe in war games or war period. There's no need to tell him to leave if he doesn't like it either. I would like to think our region is one of free speech. Seeing as, once again, he is an older nation and probably has the same experience as us, I pardon Naptasia from the war games.

However Naptasia I would like to point out that we are not glorifying war. If you must catagorize what we're doing, think of it as defense drills or something.

Ugh! Whats the piont of them being Mandatory if everyone who complains gets pardoned!
Why dont we just say "Mandatory...Unless you whine!" I mean she cant be exused just because she dosent beleive in defending our region....and the only way to do that is if their not all too green! If she wants larger nations to just walk into her nation and kick the sh!t out of her because she "dosent believe in war" thats her problem but not while she's in the region I founded! I want peace for our region and with the international community, but that still doesn't exuse the fact that some people want domination. Pacifism works in the real world...and i uphold that...but in this Game when you dont fight back you get stomped on laughed at and evrything you worked so hard to create gets destroyed!

not to sound like a dictator, but what the hell is wrong with you people, i agree with prongs...i hereby change the name of this war-game from mandatory to: Mandatory, unless you whine enough to piss someone off. Therefore i humbly revolk the pardon of Naptasia [as it is my power, if by abuse] only on account of whining enough to make me angry, plus, UN ranking has nothing to do with anything why even bring it up?!?!

That having been said, i would like a head count of how many people are ACCUALLY participating in this "mandatory" war game, if it is any less then i expected, forget it, we'll abolish it and leave for the FNS once again and my power abuse will be all for not.

Reformed Norway and Phoenix 1, I feel you are both missing the whole point of Nationstates. The point is for people to create their own nation and mould it how they choose.

The point of Nationstates is certainly not for YOU to tell people what to do with their own nations.

....mmmm your obviously missing our piont also....Were just trying to have some fun with this, i am not trying to 'dictate a new regime' (katt maybe) It just gets a bit boring sitting and 'moulding' our nations and it would be fun to have a mock war in preparation for any possible attack. And we get to know more about each other as national leaders..and strengths and weaknesses it becomes a learning experiance.

Heh, sorry for calling you "he". Anyways I'm sure if it came down to it and our region was attacked, Naptasia wouldn't just sit there and let all things go to hell (I hope). Chances of something happening like with Krascht are extremely unlikely to happen again, so I'm not worried. Us older nations have more than enough experience and firepower to stop anything from reaching us. Anyways, Naptasia isn't going to join just because you say so, and I don't see how banning her would make the situation any better. It's a dead subject and most other people here are just as bored as us, and I'm sure the rest of the region will join in. Plus that one guy can take her place in the war games. The one not from the region. So really we have the same amount of people anyway. Let's just move on with the games okay?

I have had it up to here *points to ceiling* with all of your pissy arguing and telling each other what we can and cannot do, therefore i propose a solution, [and i do appoligize to ragol II and rundav] but i propose that we abolish this contraversial war game and move on to "bigger and better" things [more accounting and people growth] it is because of the controversy surrounding natasia like a shroud, i personally agree with the nostraus elve, that if you are opposed to a war game, a undeadly way of training your soldiers, then what the hell use are you in a real battle? And, i am not missing the point of nationstates, and if i am someone tell me how. Aslo, there is NOTHING wrong with a totalitarian regime....
