Please note that if Iuthia discovers it one of these weapons being fired or smuggled into our nation we will hold your nation at least partly accountable for this, even if you try and claim you are not responsible you will find that what you say is only your opinion.

Iuthia abhours these weapons of WMD, selling them automatically gains you a place on our black list and as such we will never trade with your nation and you will generally be shuned from international event we run. Not that any of those would matter to you but it needs to be said eitherway.

Hm... if I remember correctly I said "partially accountable" and trust me, the boarder guards will be dealt with before hand.

However, it's more likely that someone may try to use one of these weapons on me or my allies, well... I have no compunctions with blaming your nation should I discover they originated in your nation, I do not fear your Chemical Deterant because we doubt your delivery system can breach our defences and ICBM based attacks will result in assured destruction of your nation, instead of a being disarmed you will be destroyed, few nations want that.
