We want a space programme.
We wish to have a foreign built space programme, we need something to take us up and also we need a space station. Please aid us.

The United Communist States of Zvarinograd, seeing as the high costs of a space program is straining it's national budget, would like to offer a delivery service as our re-usable launch vehicle (RLV) technologies reduce costs of sending payload up in space. For every sattelite or space station component you require in space, you can pay us $25 - 750 million USD to deliver it with our spacecraft, depending on the weight of the payload.
Our cosmonauts are highly trained and can assure you the correct orbital positioning as you require. That will be all.

Imperial Aerospace can assist you with funding and launching of a Communications Satellite... assuming you have the fundage.
Roycelandia maintains an active space program, and it wouldn't be too much hassle to launch a satellite for you. To Cover our costs, however, you'll need at least 15 million Imperial Wibbles (Approx $15 million).
However, we are prepared to train a Yatonsan Astronaut as part of Roycelandia's "International Space Program". He or She can spend 6 months in the Imperial Space Station, and return to Yatonsa a hero.
We reccommend someone from the Airforce, but it's your call...
for the sake of science, we would like to donate $100 million to you too aid in your research
