the web adress of the picture when you go into say google for images and click on an image twice (once to see the site and again for the picture) the web adress at the top should say something like www. cheese.jpg u copy that and paste it between .....

or right click on an image and choose properties it will also display the pictures exact adress which you can then copy and paste.
When you go to post a message, click on BBcode and it will tell you the codes to jazz up your posts.
