Upon the dawn of it's move into that illusive breed of nations with 'frightening' economies, the Civil Disobedients' have decided to move away from one of their long-term policies.
Civil Disobedients' has always refused to provide international financial aid to countries in dire need, as it has not felt in the past that it was financially viable.
However, from hence forward if a nation in dire need submits an application to this bureau it will be considered and if the situation deemed desperate enough financial, and perhaps other forms of aid shall be provided.
