I cant imagine what the hell youd do with 20,000 nuclear warheads, I hope your joking, because no real nation could ever maintain that many warheads. Keeping track of that many warheads would be nearly impossible. They could fall into the hands of terrorists. You are endangering the international community. We do not embrace your irresposible ways.

DGNT has well over a million nukes, true, most of them are currently in orbit on board big ships where you need a nuke to do any sort of damage.

You can do that sort of think when you live in the year 2000 (seen from the sixties anyway...)
