The RBA would also wish to exchange technologies to fellow members and also help each other economically. Russian Forces also wants all ex Marxist Pact members to join the RBA for this alliance will be more secure and organised. As Putin has said "for the RBA Your borders are our borders and we will defend your land like it is our own". The RBA are against following sorts of nations.
