Meh... Its not THAT bad... I rember someone a while ago posting research on a "Sonic Laser Gun" Now THAT is silly!

A laser of Photons is like a laser of Neutrons, used as the Neutron Bombardment to split the Atom back at years past. However, causing a Proton to go at such speeds and hit another element would surely be destructive, IF it was stabilized and not made to cause the Proton to gather energy along the laser beam and over-heat, causing a chain reaction.
