We have for the last 10 or so years been in possession of a small nuclear arsenal. However, in this uncertain and violent world we have to consider our defence.

There are nations smaller than ours who have a far bigger stock of nuclear arms.

We appeal to nations to consider selling us nuclear warheads and associated equipment.

We are particularly interested in long range missiles, sub-based missiles and also low-grade nuclear arms.

We have a considerable budget for this, and will consider any offer. I can also confirm that any weapons bought would be for defence only, and as a last resort.

Offical Telex to Cayan National Government

Congratulations! The 24th Fleet which was previously removed from Samos Island waters, is being redeployed to ten Miles outside your waters due to your Nuclear weapon expansion ideas. They will be there in five hours, due to the fact, they had just barely sailed away

This time, they wont be removed so easily.

Have a nice day

Would you be interested in purchasing suitcase(tactical) or pocket(dirty bomb) nukes? They can be fitted on almost all missiles due to there light weight. They can also be deployed by spec ops with the suitcase nuke weighing just over 130 pounds.

Final Ultramatium To Cayo

To the President of the Government of Cayo

From: The Chairman of the State Council, Elizabethshire

We grow weary of your attempts to tell the world that you are peaceful, and keep doing agressive actions. There the following demands are being made

1: Rescind your nuclear inviation

2: Give a Guarentee of Borders to Samos Island

3: Put your Military on a Lesser Alert

4: Begin talks to Remove your Nuclear Arsenal

You have a Maxium of 72 Hours to agree to this Ultramatium or The Republic of Elizabethshire will declare war on Cayo. Finally, your Nuclear Arsenal of Five Hundred Weapons are now on High Alert. If you launch, we will make you ruler of a parking lot. Keep it conventional, and we will do the same.

Check out N-Corp, our WMD divison, as you are rather small (only 105 mil) you cant really have more than ten or twenty nukes, and small ones at that, so, keep that in mind. Bio/Chem weapons are open to you though.

Premier of Elizabethshire,
It is our right as a soverign nation to do all in our power to ensure our defence. If we cannot purchase weapons, we can produce our own, although this will take longer.

If any of your fleet enter our territorial waters we shall launch a full strike, without warning. If any of our Naval or merchant fleet are harmed in any way we shall see this as a decleration of war.

In response to your act of aggression and provocation we have ordered our foreign expiditionary fleet, currently near Gabon, to set sail for your shores.

If Cayo is atacked we shall respond on your territory.

Good Day,
General Perez of the People's Republic of Cayo and Outer Isles

Elizabethshire,

In response to your ultimatum,

We have already signed a treaty with Samos, recognising her soverignty as an independant state. We have a full trade and diplomatic relationship with the island.

I will not hand over Cayo's nuclear arsenal.

I will not stop trying to defend my island by giving up our weapons.

I will not take orders from a foreign nation.

Our nuclear arsenal is for defence use only. We have been threatened with nuclear war before. It is our right to arm ourselves for defence.

Can I remind you that Presidente Babooska is no longer in charge. I have not invaded another nation or shown undue aggression to another nation whilst in power.

Order your fleet to turn away from our shores, and stop your meddling in Cayan affairs, or we shall accept your invite of war.

We shall only resort to our nuclear weapons if we are under threat of nuclear attack.
