"Mangua will be in a state of anarchy untill tonight at 8:35 PM when our state of anarchy will be changed to state of order. My rebellion has been proved successful... and the evil officials have all been punished. The civilians are happy, and President Juno and his son Rovesky have been executed. Rovesky was not given a trial due to civilian demond to have him executed immediatly. Here is a list of his crimes.

I: Rovesky Juno, High Admiral of the Manguan Navy, is proven to be the man behind the murders of 309 men, women, and children who were connected to opposition groups in West Mangua City.

II: Rovesky confessed to have paid an assassin to slaughter Vincent Riche's entire family because of Riche's opposition to the corrupted goverment.

III: Rovesky was connected to the robbery of over 750,000 tons of grain and rice from Southern Manguan farms.

IV: Rovesky took a bribe from Vinn Arme, Minister of Agriculture, to murder an opposing party leader.

V: Rovesky attacked Shicho, a peacful nation, so he can steal their vast supply of silver, killing over 800 enemy soldiers, and over 7,000 civilians.

I have decided to completly reform Mangua. In terms of ruling, I will be named as president, and the "Patriots" who follow will be given positions in the military. I will search for competent and educated men to run civil affairs, while I oversee all that is happening. In terms of laws, here are the following that have been decided on.

I: Bribery is to be made illegal, and violaters will be punished.

II: No man or woman may enter government service without an exceptional education.

III: Children under 10 cannot be admitted to work, unless the parent or guardian signs a document. If the parent is just using the child so that they can slack off, they will be punished according to the law.

IV: No person/s is/are to be admitted into our borders without a Green Card, or a worker's agreement.

V: A worker's agreement is a paper issued by the government to allow a refugee to work in our country. If refugees don't recieve one within one week of their arrival, they will be sent back.

VI: Rapists and molesters are to be punished according to the severity of their crime. The possible punishments are as following: I: Jail time; II: loss of property; III: castration; and IV: Rapists whose victim died of the act, will be executed. {This goes by the ages of the rapist and victim, and by how much the victim was harmed.}

We believe this new government is nothing but a facist government hiding under a disguise to fool the entire world.

We will be taking a neutral stance on the situation at hand, however, we will be monitoring the actions of the new government in Mangua and if their reforms are not undertaken, we will be forced to intervene and return rule directly to the citizens of Mangua and punish those of the current administration.
