This is Emily Davidson at the Municipal building in Constantine State, Oran. It is reported that Imperial Counter-Terrorist units have captured International Drug Lord Emilio Estave at a mansion in the outskitrs of town. I will have more news as soon as i can.

Agent Smith walked into the Emperors office. Today they were bringing the recently captured lord to meet the Emperor. The corridors had extra security on them today, a full division of Imperial Guard had been brought in. 4 of them now stood in the Imperial Hall waiting for the Emperor to arrive there. They had weapons in evident, 2 had AK-107's in their hands while the other 2 had FN FAMAS' in theirs. All 4 had Glock 17's under their suit jackets and enough ammunition to fight anything. In the corridors around there was literally hundreds of armed bodyguards, Emilio's supporters and small army had been rumoured to have been preparing a resuce mission.

Emperor Constantine stood and walked towards his door. Agent Smith opened it and stepped out first. He nodded to the 5 other men of the Imperial Bodyguard and they formed up around their Emperor. These men had their weapons concealed but ready for anything.

As they walked towards the hall, a HIND attack Helicopter circled above. As it did so a HIP-8 Transport helicopter landed on the rooftop pad of the palace followed by another HIND. From the HIND stepped 8 fully armed Red Guard Troops, they moved to the HIP which was shutting down its engines and watched as the steps folded out. The first out was the 4 security troops onboard. They along with those already on the roof moved the criminal into the palace via the ornate Elevator usually reserved for the Emperor. Above men armed with SA-7 Hand Held SAM's took to the roofs to guard against a possibe suicide attack, no precatuion that could be taken was left untaken.....

"Excellent" said the president"it looks like theres one less evil person roaming the earth now"

"yes sir, intel suggests that the emperor has taken high precautions especialy as there are rumors that the Barons own army may attack"Said

As the president carried on talking, through the night, Intelligence officers were doing their best to keep up to date with everything, unfortunatly they didnt have any high tech equipment available to them as the money was just not available.

An Allanean diplomat in the IG embassy picks up the phone.

"Department of Justice? Yes, it's me, Jones, they've just busted this Emilio guy. Can anybody check out if he has an Allanean citizenship? I know he has some marijuana farm in Allanea, but I don't know if he has a citizenship".

Inside the Place

The Emperor walked towards the drug lord, who was wearing a suit bought especially to him by Spetsnatz troops after they raided another drug mansion of his.

"So Mr Estevez we finally meet" said the Emperor as soon as he was within earshot of the man.

"Indeed" replied the drug lord solomely(sp???)

"Well no longer will you poison the children of this great nation with you mind altering drugs. You know the penalty for dealing drugs dont you Mr Estevez?"

"Yes" was his only answer

"Well then, then you know that soon you will die. Sooner than you think in fact." the Emperor nodded to Agent Smith who along with 5 other men of the Imperial Bodyguards dragged the man out to the Courtyard.

The Emperor had been looking for this man for some time, he was the only man in Imperial Guardsmen who came close to challenging his power, and now after his "product" had been responsible for the death of the Emporers sons best friend the Emperor could finally dispose of him.

A camera team was waiting outside when the man was dragged out. He was tied to a pole that had only been used twice before, the Emperor hated death warrants, and was allowed a final cigarrette.

As the palace clock sounded 2 the firing squad raised their pristine bolt action Kar98's, replica's of the German World War Two rifle.

On command from the Officer in Charge of Palace Security all ten fired.

A large red mark appeared on the drug baron's pristine suit, near his heart as he slumped held up only by the ropes binding him to the pole.

The Officer incharge walked up, felt for a pulse and on pronouncing him dead ordered two soldiers to untie him and take him to the morgue.

We are forced to break this program with an emergency newscast.

Apparently, an Allanean citizen has been just executed for drug dealing - a crime that does not exist in Allanean - and neither does the death penalty.

It is rumoured that the Allanean Embassy was trying to get the man freed and safely in Allanea at the time this happened.

Never since our independence an Allanean citizen abroad been executed for a victimless crime.

My nation uses more pot than it can produce right now.
I have a few of the more dangurious drugs that are outlawed, but not very many.
If someone is caught dealing illegal drugs in my country, i just send them to the uranium mines for a couple years, and than release them.

We therefore issue the following demands to IG:

1. Release Emilio Estave's body to us. Furthermore, pay his wife and children a compensation of 10 billion dollars each, and release all his assets in IG.

2.Enact a one-year moratorium on the death penalty.

3.Subject your laws and enforcement techniques to a review committiee composed of representatives of Allanea, Amnesty International, and Richkinstine for evaluation from a human rights standpoint. Punish all those guilty of violation.

4.Enact a 10-year phase-out period on drug prohibition laws.

"Though, here in Edolia we have almost no drug laws and only impose the death penalty to punish corruption or treason, we would suggest that the demands made by Allanea are somewhat harsh. This drug dealer broke the laws of Imperial Guardsmen and was punished accordingly. Though we condemn his execution, an invasion by Allanea over such a small matter would warrent a far stronger condemnation."

On citizenship: Such a claim has been made by his family. It has not been 100% verified yet.

While Marijuana is only allowed in Feline under the perscription of three doctors (we have a special class of medicines where three doctors must agree that it is the best treatment) or in the form of hemp clothing (which technically is not marijuana anyway), we side with Allanea. Our laws prohibit the substance in question except in the above scenarios because it has a permanant and negetive affect on the body and/or mind, the legal standard established for banning a drug in Feline.

Why do we side with them? Because as bad as marijuana is, the death penalty is just as bad, if not worse.

Perhaps we would remain neutral if a fair trial had been given, but we do not get that impression.

However, we ask that Allanea curtail two parts of its demands:

1. Release Emilio Estave's body to us. Furthermore, pay his wife and children a compensation of 10 billion dollars each, and release all his assets in IG.

Perhaps some compensation, but 10 Billon Dollars?!?!?!?!?!

4.Enact a 10-year phase-out period on drug prohibition laws.

We support drug prohibition, and thusly ask Allanea to remove this part.


If do not meet these demands, but meet all the others, we ask that Allanea not invade them.

If they do not meet the other demands, Allanea, bomb them with these "Gunnutson Heston :-)" fighter bombers you spoke of in your telegram.

The president switched off the TV set, andn turned to the small assortment of cabinet ministers.
"Gentlemen, what we have here is a blatant act of disreguard to the geneva convention of the old world. However, it seems to be only on a small scale as far as we can see. Therefore we will not be be taking this to any outside organisation, rather, we will try to persuade the Imperial guardsmen to let in the blue plus, our new special forces executive, they will be armed with weapons, and they shall act as a peacekeeping force if they are accepted into their nation."

The Hercules carried an elite squad of blue cross, known for their braveness and acts of atrocities in the north mans rebelion a year ago, they were to be the first of 10,000 men that would hopefully be let into IG if their government ollowed it and they received go ahead.

OOC: IG, could these troops enter and land in your territory? They are elite, and will stamp out the drug army if needed. They will also help if your nation is attacked by anyone who is threatening you here.

Ten billion dollars each, that's 30 billion dollars. We believe that such a compensation will deter those thugs from additional oppression.

I will note that this doesn't matter, though, Allanean law prohibits banning anything except radio-active substances and chemical/bio weapons. :-)

That's the "Charlton Heston" fighter bomber squadron, composed of Anne Coulter-1 fighter-bombers. :D

Privately, our President does not consider C. Heston to be a true defender of the RKBA, but we saw fit to commemorate his involvement in the US Civil Rights movement anyway. :-)

The People's Republic welcomes the capture of yet another purveyor of death and misery with great joy. However, we would have liked to have the oportunity to interrogate him with regards to a recent surge in attempts at drug smuggling in the waters around Shildonia, which may have been linked with his organisation.
If Mr Estave spoke of this, could the intelligence perhaps be shared with the Shildonian Border Security Agency?

The Empire of Imperial Guardsmen has the USIH's full backing in this matter. Any attempt at military action against the Imperial Empire will be met by the USIH and her allies.

IC: When the Captain in charge of the guard along with two guards had taken the "dead" Emilio to the morgue they left him. Agent Smith and 3 other agents went in and closed the door.

"Pour the water on him Evans" Smith told the senior of the other 2.

"Sir"

He poured the water onto the drug lords head and torso. After a couple of seconds he awoke, the red paint washing away from his soaking wet suit.

"What the hell happened??" asked a groggy Estevez

"We shot you with rounds that had a capsule of red paint in them rather than the metal shot thats usually in them, the blast knocked you unconcious and now the world believes you are dead." replied Smith

"What, why would you want that, International condemnation will fall on you for killing a man live on tv!" he spat

"Maybe so, but this will mean that you army will degenerate. It will no longer pose a threat to us. Undoubtedly somebody will try to capitalise on your falling, but by then you will have told us everything about your hide aways, shipment routes, illegal arms and everything that you know about your competitors"

"Hah, why should i tell you any of that!" asked the drug lord, slightly more inquisitive

"Because, then you will have upgraded accomodation and eventually when drugs have ceased to flow into the Empire you will be granted your freedom, albeit to a nation a long way away from here. I understand Allanea is very liberal with its drugs." the Agent replied.

Agents Smith and Evans pressed their ear pieces into their ears and then spoke briefly into their lapel microphones.

"Im sorry, we must leave you. Agent Samuels will look after you." he pointed to the guard standing against the far wall. "And don't try anything, we have ten armed men outside."

With that the Agent checked his tie and with Evans left the room leaving Emilio in there with Samuels and another agent.


Upstairs in the palace communitcations room, a number of angry communications had been recieved from nations known to have lax policies on drugs. The Emperor was reading these and deciding on a way to reply.

He had just read the communique from Alanea. A short laugh followed,

"10 billion dollars for this drug lord! They must think that i am an Idiot! Well actually how much did we seize from his personal accounts Smith?"

"Just over 1.2 billion Imperial Dollars sir."

"Ok. We put that into the rehab for the users. Meanwhile arrange for that tape to be shown tonight at nine. It may inspire some limited violence, but the military is on high alert."

"Yes sir." replied Smith as he walked off to get it fixed.

Information shall of course be shared with Shildonian Intelligence Agents

By order of our president, the Rouge Nation of Fell Hoppers is willing to accept residency of said prisioner upon his exile.

Allanea; as is typical of nations with your character; your demands are wholly unrealistic and impossible to comply with. The amount of money requested alone is far more than reasonable, even IF the desceased had committed no crimes at all.

Therefore, we demand that you stand down or reduce your demands; should you undertake military action when IG refuses your ridiculous requests, we will be forced to intervene.

We warn you, do not let this escalate.
