Jeruselem is attempting to "buy" ownship of the Hubble telescope from NASA, it was reported. NASA is destroy Hubble in 2008, but the Jeruselem government is attempting to take control of the telescope before it happens.
Spokesman for the Special projects government agency said "We have space shuttles and the equipment to fix Hubble. We also have some Russian and Jewish cosmonauts who can work with us on this project."
As for the new name, it is rumoured to be "Solomon".

Sure, if you assist in sending up repair teams as well. This space business is not cheap. NASA will probably try to overcharge us like any US company.

ahhh. of course.
we could send up 150 technicians, if you wish. unfortunately, they would require space training, etc., which we would pay for.
Speaking on the behalf of the Republic of the Free Collective,
we hope your endeavors to purchace the Hubble Telescope proves fruitful.
We wish we could provide assistance in the matter through finanical or technical means.. But, matters on earth prove more of an immediate issue; although, you have our well-wishes, best of luck to you.

That's fine. Grow bigger and get more budget, then you can participate in space programmes. :)

Thanks. Our guess is $US10-20 billion, but we'll try to get down below $US10 billion.
All participants get premium access to the Hubble (or "Solomon")

That's fine. Anyone who donates gets priority service since they paid for it.
Still negiotating BTW.

Okay sounds good.
$1 million wired.
We'll donate 6 billion USD.
Money's on its way.

Pwnica, it'll only cost about 10 billion, he said.
He said 10-20b but they'll try to get it down to around ten.
If any money's left over from our donation you can keep it, Jeruselem.

We have some prelimary results. In 2005 we get control for 15 billion provided we do all the repairs which NASA scrapped. This is not fully authorised, but with donations we can send up cosmonauts and fix the problems as well.
Thanks to all donators. We need more cosmonauts for training staff and going into our shuttles (we bought these of another nation!). Our agency and puppet nations will pick up the rest of the bill.
Apparently the US DoD wanted it to be 30 billion, but we had to fight that stupidity.

Not quite, we spend billions on shuttles and training. :)
Now we got to go bribe some nations to borrow cosmonauts.

You can have a contract for space-food to save us $$$ on doing it ourselves. The pizza is the ultimate test.
