Dead Fox, one of the largest cities within the Armed republic of Social Extremists has ended a brutal civil war with the rest of the nation by offering a peace treaty. The most notable term of the treaty is that Dead Fox is now regarded as an independant state, free from any disputes or alliances that A.R.S.E was part of.
Dead Fox was granted a circular area of land of 160km radius around the city to support itself. The land is devoid of any industrial resource though so Dead Fox is relying on outsourcing industry in exchange for technological exports.

We offer you our support, as we too have recently ended a civil war, so we know what it is like to have to rebuild a country. However we are still poor and rebuilding so have nothing to offer you but our support.
