"Our island is under attack from all sides. We have tried to steer clear of ******* for a long time, but it seems that Sasqumanjan military forces have established a stronghold in our secondary city of Urandur. It seems the Sasqumanjans have found out about our oil supplies and diamond mines and ******* now trying to take them over by force. Our forces are overwhelmed. Two of our main ports have been destroyed, and we ****** request urgent aid. We offer a proportion of our oil and diamond supplies to any nation who can get us out of this mess. Please disregard that last transmission. The island of Aralore, it seems, has been hiding its large abundance of resources from us. It has long been regarded by the Nation of Sasqumanja as merely a colony, and is about to be annexed. It's rebellious citizens will serve their punishment as slaves. We have intercepted a small group of ships containing the government of Aralore. They are heading out of our territory and into international waters.
We would request if any other nation was to come into contact with these traitors to hand them over to us. They will not find us ungrateful.

It has occured to Xeraph that if Aralore were indeed a colony of yours, you would have been aware of the vast resources there. To claim it as a colony after the discovery of these resources is nothing short of an act of war.
Xeraph is the representative of the Alliance Regioni Militaria, comprised of approx 55 nations in 7 regions. We have already put out an alert to 17 of our allies to be prepared to act on behalf of Aralore. What you are doing is nothing less than piracy, and ARM will not tolerate such actions.
Our offer to you is to come to the table with your proposition, as will Aralore, and Xeraph will moderate the discussions.
If you persist in your aggression, ARM and it's aligned Alliances will cause you to cease to exist.
Any hostile acts on your part on any of ARM's nations will result in your immediate and complete destruction.
