His total budget is four hundred and fifty billion dollars. That is total, with much of it being bled off into military, education, etc.
Battlecruisers and other large space ships would cost huge amounts of money to maintain. You have to provide anywhere from fifty to twenty thousand personell the air, food, water, and fuel they need. That costs huge amounts of money. Advanced space ships are a cost on the same level of maintaining large stockpiles of nuclear weapons. Young nations can't afford it.

i all asked for was some help not a lecture okay so you talk about countries lets talk okay your economy is scary and your freedoms isnt so hot either so back of my country and work on yours okay so next dont get smart give some help okay is that so hard to do now does antone wanna help or not

Unfourtnately, you are mistaken on a few points.

1. A frightening economy is very good. It is one of the higest economy ratings in the game.
2. You can't have more money than your economy and population says, unless you are given it or sell something to get it in RPs.
3. Yes you most certainly can spend your money on what you want, but most nations do not sell space ships to December/January nations. Just a friendly warning. (Although Neoluna and Klonor will both sell to young nations.)
4. I choose to oppress my people, so of course my civil rights will be in the toilet! :)
