ummm.... how is it possible that a country so young, could produce 25 billion WMD?! In the Cold War, the USSR and USA combined couldn't produce over 1 million! First, you have to research the technology, then you have to acquire the Uranium and Plutonium, then you have to build the bomb itself, then you have to test it, then you have to mass produce it, then you can sell it and become black-listed for being a nuke-whoring newb.
