*The tanks roll by, as a lone man in the crowd looks toward the 1st Tank Division, the first division in Wexico*

Crowd: TBD! TBD! TBD!

*The tank crews sit happily on top of thier tanks, as they round the streets of Highfather*

*The man suddenly runs out into the crowd, yelling something incoherent as he presses the combination lock on his briefcase*

*Suddenly, a white flash of light engulfs the entire street, obliterating the 1st RTD*

Man: My Queen! Something terrible has happened!

M: A bomb went off in Highfather! Near the Capitol!

QR: O my god... that was the site of the parade... wasn't it...

M: I'm afraid so. Half the population was there. The whole first division was destroyed.

QR: They were the first in Wexico, as I remember... I was only thirteen then...

M: With all due respect, my Queen, you're only 14 now.

We are sorry to inform your nation, but the terrorist originally came from within our nation, specifically from a religious dissident group that sponsors small-scale terrorism, and this act was apparantly a terror act to show that they are not afraid to do larger acts of terrorism. Since the attack on your nation, reports have flooded into our office of terror attacks across Romakia, primarily striking military posts or medium-sized cities with many people but not a large police force. We are currently trying as hard as possible to eradicate these terrorists, but it seems as though they are doing this in a coordinated fashion with a direct effect in mind...
