Third excused himself and took the phone call. There was a yell a few seconds later.

"Sweet sassy molassey!" Third exclaimed. He was off the phone a few seconds later and returned to his breakfast.

"I must apologize for my outburst. It appears that The Captain has recently been ranked sixteenth in the world for largest gambling markets. We in the auto manufacturing business are only forty-sixth. It's no matter, really. I have quite a lot of investments in the gambling sector, and the those stock prices have risen due to the good news."

They all ate away at their food and Third asked, "So, what kind of things would you guys like to do today?"

Emperor Cav walked in from outside. He'd decided to eat his breakfast on the patio today, because the weather was too good to eat inside. He noticed three people he hadn't met before talking with Third and Branson. He decided to go talk to them.

"Good morning!" he said as he walked up. "New guests? I don't believe we've met. I'm Emperor Cav from The Holy Empire of Cav." He extended his hand to the man he would soon know as Delaney.

Mr. Third regrets the fact that our countries were not allowed to get together and establish relationships through the ICEP, but he is also glad because now we retain a supermajority of the market share.

However, he has expressed an interest in getting to know those in his field better, on a personal level, to improve trade relations for the country he loves so.

You are more than welcome to visit Third Island and stay at the lodge. You may bring any guests, servants or security personell you like, but security and service is of the utmost quality on the island.

Mardai Sehndem, CEO of Xaosis Enterprises stepped off of his private jet. It was the first time anyone could remember seeing him in casual attire and sunglasses, but then he was not known for vacation (bizarrely enough, he was a figure in the social scene).

He was escorted by two members of Xaosis Private Security, well trained bodyguards who had both seen action (back in the day when Xaosis was chained to Melkor, damn him). He arrived with little fanfare; Sehndem saw little point in showing off his admittedly large ego. At the far end, a limo was awaiting Sehndem and his entourage.

The driver, standing at the door, smiled and bowed. "Welcome to Third Island, Mr. Sehndem."

Mardai smiled cordially and nodded his head. "Yes, and good day to you, too." The driver opened the door, and Sehndem and his guards stepped inside.

Inside, Sehndem lit up a John Galt, a Xaosis produced cigarette stamped with a dollar sign. All the more appropriate as the brand had become wildly popular Menelmacar in recent months. Elves never worried about lung cancer; because of that, they were often heavy smokers, though many Elven traditionalists railed against tobacco.

When all were settled, the limo was on it's way to the lodge.

Third's PDA went off and he excused himself while he checked it. A new guest had arrived, and Third had to leave this group for now. "My guests, today is your day to do as you please. The island is yours. If you will excuse me, I have new guests to attend to, and I like to greet every new guest as they walk to the door."

Third stood and walked to the door, just in time to see the limo pull up. The car stopped and the driver walked over to open the door. Third stepped forward to meet his new guest.

Mr Badra, his wife and his two bodyguards walked to the limo that was waiting near the Gulfstream jet. The driver was standing near the door. He opened the limo's door and he said: "Welcome on Third Island, Mr. Badra." Farid nodded and said:"How long will it take for us to arrive at Mr. Third mansion?" "Ten minutes" Farid nodded again and he stepped in the limo, his wife and the 2 bodyguards followed. The limo pulled off and was on it's way to Mr. Third's mansion.

Delaney shook hands with the man.

The driver of Mr. Badra was told to take his time in getting to the lodge, for two reasons. Mr. Badra expressed an interest in buying property on the island, and Mr. Third didn't want his guests arriving at the same time and having one party feel slighted. As soon as Sehndem was inside, Third would excuse himself and meet up with the new guests from Al-Sabir.

While touring the island President Matich found a nice plot of land. It was on the beach but went inland and had some good hunting area in it and surrounding it. Char find out the price for it. Whatever he wants pay it.

Third walked them into the dining area, looking over the river that ran behind the lodge. "Order whatever you'd like."

"I did hear from your secretary. I had my secretary send her a note saying that there are still plots of land available. If you'd like, I can take you around today."

"Well, let's get ourselves some transportation," Third said as he walked over to a phone on the wall. He spoke into it and motioned President Matich towards the door.

They walked outside and a Third Enterprises Escalade pulled up the driveway half a minute later. The black SUV was based on the Cadillac model, but with more available features and a slight but unnoticable design change. They got in the back and Third told the driver where to go.

"We have a few areas available, each about six acres. I wish there was more land, but this is just an island, after all."

They drove around and Third showed Matich the plots. They were pretty much the same except for the exposure. Two lots faced east, three faced south, two faced north, and two faced west. Third's mansion was in the southeastern part, and the lodge was in the western part. "Who knows, we may be neighbors!" he joked.

Third showed him the plans his architects had drawn up for each lot. "This is what my men have come up with, but you are certainly welcome to bring in your own design. This is simply what we think would be the best for the lot."

Well said Matich I think I like the one next to yours. Im going to bring in my own design though. I would like to thank you for showing me around. You are welcome in Matich anytime. Shall we head back to the lodge?


Then together they road back to the lodge in the black SUV.
