The Black Legions of the Macabees, also better known as the Macabee Empire, has re-established a permanent Wermacht and has re-introduced it's mobilization and defense doctrine.
OOC: All weaponry is spicifically Macabean unless it's obvious it isn't.

Macabean Atmospheric Attack Missile
The MAAM is a four yard long conventional missile which fires out of one of 100 attack sattellite (described later). This seemingly small missile has a MAN/Krupps Ausf. J Balaklava Engine (Macabean design) running on Sufilric Tungphyll, a highly reactive compound, which enables the missile to fire at Mach 11, climax to Mach 27 in 30 seconds and hit the earth at Mach 23.
The warhead is a compound called Sulfuride Hydroxididated Magnetide, which on impact engulfs everything in a radius of 3 miles in a murderous fire, which is made to destroy EVERYTHING. It leaves no radioactivity, so is not classified as a nuclear weapon, and does not destroy in a diameter the size of a modern hydrogen bomb.
Each one costs 200,000 USD and 100,000 have been built, making the total cost 20,000,000,000 USD (20 Billion)
The Central Sattellite
Three were built, each one 146 billion USD. They lie far in the wastelands of space, unreachable to anything manned by a human. They are just a gigantic computer server which sends encoded messaged to an underground bunker in Madrid. The server is crack proof, so no enemies can send viruses or crack in.
They also send messages using clients to the attack sattellites. If one is destroyed my a miracle the other two have the capabilities to take on the responsibilities of the lost one. The entire system can work if even only one survives.
To protect themselves they use 75 MG's each, which are the MG 100 Culpid Compressed HydroSulfide. Extremely lethal and tears into anything 1,000 yards away which wasn't registered to be near it.

100 were launched, 22 billion a piece. They are fairly large, but no two are the same to avoid detection. They lie far into space but travel in close once the missiles are destined to be fired. Each sattellite holds 1,000 MAAM's and fires 10 every 1 second, truly revolutionary.
To protect themselves they use clients to send messages to the server which then orders them to fire missiles at their enemies and also use 30 MG 100's each.
Maintenance
The Central Sattellites are maintained by ordering them to close in every 20 years. A 20 man crew goes up and maintains them for a time space of 72 hours.
The attacks sattellites are maintained every 20 years also, the same way... but at different intervals.
