The Zoogie People

Amid a procession of chanting church officials praying in protest to this war (on our streets, repeatedly singing, "Merciful Lord Jesus, Grant them rest..." in latin) The Zoogie People announces peace talks to open in the city of Methel Major, in the state Zoogiedom, of The Zoogie People.
This will establish a treaty, and the goals of the treaty are to end all hostilities and conflicts, first and foremost. Many minor details, such as war crimes, nuclear weapon use, etc, will be dealt with later.
Keep every OOC opinion about each other out.
Nations invited are Falastur, Hudecia, ATA, me, DGNT, Chellis, and anyone else involved.
As a side note, ATA's conflict with Hudecia is completely over, and his war declaration on Chellis was a half-serious attempt to get attention...unfortunately he learned that wasn't the right way to get attention...that is all I know...(he didn't even post on that thread afterwards).
OOC: Don't object to the church officials...they're just among the protestors of the war...and they're saying, "Pie Iesu domine, dona eis requiem *whap* :P"
