Ladies and gentlemen, it has, unfortunately come to the stage where we had to make a decision about Bullybeef. After several discouraging reports bully beef with the newly aquired nuclear technology planned to take out multiple nations.
This we fell was wrong. Nuclear technology, we feel must be stopped. Even my nation of vroshnak will soon be discarding of my nuclear technology to become a peaceful, non-threatening nation.
After hours of discussion between the governments of multiple nations we gave Bully beef time to disarm without any hint of violence. unfortunately the government failed to commit and agree with the terms to disarm of nuclear technology for the safety.
Therefore we have no option but to strike
