Due to mass riots in the streets and the numerous threats from many other nations, Forgota has decided to stand down and stop attacking certain nations of Kramerica. As this telegram is being sent my fleet is returning home. I am sorry if we did offend any other nations, it was all in the best intrest of our people. We hope the threats that have been sent to us will fade away after reading this. Forgota will turn back to peace for now, and for long as other nations can remain peacefull with us.

Just because I have lost all respect for you dosn't mean I will not aid you. You now have full control over the AA gun system I set up in your country, and my 2,500 troops will aid you in the peace keeping. They only require common riot squad gear. Give them this and they will be able to press back the riots while you focus on finding the terrorists.
We once again, await your answer and orders.
