His Holy High Consul of the German Catholics announces an offer of mined Uranium in exchange for weapons and weapons technology. With our growing economy and population with each year the High Consul has deemed it the right time to expand international trade and military buildup. However it should be noted that the Republic is remaining strictly neutral and will not participate in any wars of Agression for the time being.
