Just 100 km off the coast of the small town of Tilbert, Hurricaine Paul rages with winds up to 400km/hr. It is steadily moving towards the coast, and is expected to reach to town of 10 000 later on this evening.
In the town, and its surrounding areas, it is virtually empty as most citizens have evacuated. The remaining citizens continue to lock-down their property in effort to prevent any damage.

"Hello, I am Deborah Willis reporting live from the small township of Tilbert. As you can see, winds are going crazy at the moment, and are being recorded at 150km per hour already. Its hard to see here from the constant sea spray, and there isnt a person to be found anywhere. Over the past few hours, damage control teams have been building up a small seawall of sandbags, but it seems as if nothing now can completly protect this small fishing town from the deadly vices of Hurricane Paul."

The events unfolding at the town of Tilbert will not require aid. The AU is a wealthy nation who can afford to look after its own problems such as these. We thank you all for your offer though.

The hurricaine is now passing through. The nation watches on TV is silence. At Tilbert, winds are reaching up to 350km/hr. Destruction is expected to be high.
