Not really. For someone who would be able to RP correctly it would be fairly easy to conscript 100,000 soldiers and arm them with rifles, without a fit training program. And sensing that his enemy is of the same size his enemy would face the same problem with training. The only problem would be if larger nations, such as I or you, intervened.

Yes and thats what always seems to happen. No matter what a larger nation always finds a way to intervene in a noobs war Instead of just letting them fight it out and destroy each other.

Cartoria, you need to experice some valid RP'ing.... let me give you a scenario...
He can argue that he's stockpiled extra food resources for a time now (maybe 2 RL days) for the attack, and that his conscript army is preparing for a Blitzkrieg.
NOW, however, he must RP his food shortages once he realized that the so called Blitzkrieg failed, and he might have to sue for peace.. but my argument is that this is not totally impossible...
He can also import the needed food, or have an OOC'ly secured ally to provide said food for him.

but he hasn't made a statement on it yet. and yes i have done several valid rp wars. but most of them have ended peacefully. i'm just gonna ignore the lil noo b until he is large. but what i was arguing was he wouldn't really be able to afford road improvements effecient powerplants ect. ect.

Well said, Exonerate. The Legion of Defence (LoD) is far more powerful then your alliance, Losensa. At least five members in the LoD have over a billion in population. If you attack without diplomacy, you'd be picking a fight you can't win.
