The Dominion of The Zakarum Would like to build Weapon plants-firearms-aircraft-ships- to stimulate our economy

Contract includes:

Construction of two firearms plants
Construction of one tank and armored vehicle plant
construction of one aircraft plant
Construction of one harbor
Construction of four dry docks

The contract also includes overseening of the plants for one year

Payment will be in either cash or wired electronically for $10 billion obo.

You don't have $10 billion, but we'll help construct an aircraft plant to produce our least expensive 4th generation aircraft, the ZF-12C...contract terms can be discussed via telegram.

Wait, your telling the world that you want someone to come into your nation, build 9 factories including a harbor. Provide their own laborers, then keep their engineers in your country for 1 year all for 10 Billion dollars? Who in their right mind is going to go for this.

First off usually nations sale production rights for rifles if they choose to at all for no less than 500 Million because rifles are where the bulk of funding comes from in sales because of bulk purchases, And a factory plues engineering costs for two Small Arms factories is going to come to probably 3 Billion for a couple cheep-o's. Next onto the Tank Factory, rights to the vehicles again since you stated both Tanks and Armored Cars is going to come to a Billion and a Half or so, the factory with a years monitering is going to be about 4 Billion. Aircraft Factory is going to run about 3.5 Billion with price of production rights. 4 Dry Docks plus production of ships and all that crap is going to be insainly more than your total offer at about 18 Billion, then the Harbor? That'll be a few hundred million.

So anyone that would do a job that at the cheepist will run about 25 Billion dollars for buildings. Then give up another roughly 500 Million for the years charge of as many engineers that it would take to moniter that many buildings. Then not to mention the probably other 1.5 Billion per year your giving up on production rights to the tanks, jets, rifles, ect that the nation is giving up plans to build with those factories. Its insane. Doesn't anyone think everything through first on here?

EDIT: On another note, who in their right mind would accept to go into an itty-bitty tiny impovershed nation like yourself? 6 Million people, and your national budget is roughly 6 Billion dollars. To fesably work this plan out at even your price it would take atleast 34 years to pay off, with the more reasonable cost it would take you about 90 years to pay off, and thats not counting the cost or production each year.

PS - Get rich quick.

I don't see anything about bringing my own laborers...although I can't oversee the site for a year. Periodical checkups is alright, I suppose. Contract depends on aircraft desired, but it's more than your budget :P

Oh, and if you want to stimulate your own economy...build domestically and start exporting stuff...but it won't change anything on NS.

I have built four Car factories which brings in about (correct me if horribly wrong) 500 million a Ns yr. domestic and about 1billion in exports

I am trying to build whatever domestic companies i can and have put high tariffs on imnported good which bring me an addiotional 1billion a ns yr

as for the weapons facilities can any producers tell me how much i should be able to make a yr?
