The Ecliptian government of Setian-Sebeceans is now holding a summit in neutral space on the station Impelius. All space nations are allowed to send any represenative in a unarmed transport, with 10 body guards to the station. No armed ship is allowed within 10 steller metras(50 miles per). The summit is guarded by 100 standard command carriers, and 250 Fenivis destroyers.
