Hrstrovokia

Hrstrovokian President General Otakar approaches the podium solemnly, a shade whiter than usual and void of his trademark charisma. The Press room hushes up.
[The following address is by General Otakar.]
"People of Hrstrovokia; assembled members of the Associated Press, I have some unfortunate news."
"At 17:34 yesterday, 67 members of the Palestine Liberation Front, a terrorist organization with a national affilation to Al Anbar, struck the Hydro-Electric Dam on the river Lech in western Hrstrovokia.
The Armed forces personnel guarding the Dam were taken by suprise, and in the following intense firefight, 48 were killed, along with 29 workers from the Lech Dam. GEK Units were deployed to counter-attack, but did not arrive in time.
At 18:56, an extremely large amount of RDX explosives were detonated, deep within the Dam. The Dam burst, and flooded the valley below. In the subsequent flooding, 1,753 residents of Stafeen, Metternitcha and Soldatstad were drowned.
The towns have been effectively wiped off the map. The death toll is not final.
At 20:15, The Exhibit Shopping Mall in Marinth was obliterated by 8 tonnes of RDX in 4 vans, parked close to the main building. 320 people die in the blast and fire which ravages the Mall. There are few survivors.
And finally, at 20:45, the Valinon Embassy in Marinth is destroyed by a Car-bomb attack. The Hrstrovokian Ambassador is killed, along with 114 Embassy workers.
The State News Service recieved a message from the Palestine Liberation Front, claiming they had commited the acts, and warned their would be further attacks on Hrstrovokia, Valinon and Lusaka and the Confederacy of Boroglia and Western Asia.
I personnally declare my sole ambition to find the perpetrators of these vile acts, and find out why 2,350 citizens of this state had to die in violent attacks, and to prevent further atrocities from happening.
That is all I have to say at this moment. Our thoughts can only be, at this time, with those bereaved unfairly. We shall not falter in our effort for justice."
