The Vice Presidents motocade hurtles at high speed to the Assembly House where at 4:00 am a meeting will begin into the recent attempts on the lives of the Traditionalist party members, the current ruling, right wing, party in Enerica.

The Vice Presidents pulls up outside the building and security personelle surrond the area where the Vice President must walk, the VP begins the walk to the high wooden doors at the entrance of the building, and upon entering sits by the President and the meeting begins.

Today while entering the Morlamb club the Vice President was shot twice by a hidden sniper, he has been taken to hospital, so far no further information is availible.

Government Spokesperson:-

It is my sad duty to announce that at 5:45 this morning the Vice President of the Republic of Enerica was pronounced dead at the Francis Hospital in New Fairland. I will take no questions at this point.



7:00 pm Same Day

An enquire has been launched into the event that happened earlier today resulting in the death of the Vice President.

This will hopefully uncover which person or country is responsible.

The sniper calmly walked into a darkened alley, the four large men wearing black trenchcoats, hoods, and hats, that hid their entire bodies. They were standing in a semi-circle around him, their hands in their sleeves like monks.

"He's dead." The sniper said, nodding. "Now where's the money?"

"Your job isn't over yet." One spoke, the force in his voice apparent even though he seemed to be whispering.

"Your job was, and I quote, to 'bring us the head of Enerica's vice president." Another added.

They closed in on the sniper, who turned to try to retreat, but a fifth stood in his way. "Wait! I thought you were being figurative!" The sniper cried, looking around at the five."

"Consider this your... payment..." The fifth said, thrusting his hand into the man's chest. The metal claw clutched his heart as he tore it out of the sniper's chest. "Good help is so hard to find."

"Very true, One, but our Master has left us specific orders. We are to make minor strikes against the Nations of Man until He returns to grace us with His justice." Three said, nodding.

"These strikes do nothing. These humans... they claim their lives are priceless, but they are as easily replaced as any of us." Four turned. "Why must we hide? If it is His will, should we not carry it out ourselves? What does it serve to hide like this?"

"We have no right to question His will. If He wishes us to hide and attempt to disable this nation from within, so be it." One said, nodding. "Two, you are the best at appearing human. Find us another assassin." He kicked the body of the previous one down the alley with ease. "And make our demands less specific. We cannot allow another to displease us like this one. The rest of you are to return to our headquarters. I have something I must do..."

"Yes, Prime Unit."

One turned to walk away, the others going their various ways.

Shortly, a note was found on the steps of capitol building of Enerica...

The head of Enerica's Central Anti Crime Agency (CAA) walked down the hallway, turned into a room and threw the newly found note down on the desk, "Well", "How could someone leave this and us have no record of who it was, it was left on the steps of this building and we cannot tell."

The guard around the government buildings is to be stepped up, and we will being the enquiry into who these people are. As a first precaution whoever enters government grounds without clearance is to be arrested and detained.

One watched the capitol closely, far enough away that he wasn't noticed. He appeared to be just someone gawking at the soldiers, but the hand he held behind his back was flashing various signs to Three, who stood a good distance away with a communicator.

They both spoke at once, eager to see what happens.

"Everything in position. Execute program."

Several shots from snipers rang out, targetting guards on the outside of the building as a car drove at the capitol building, the driver ready to jump out before it crashed through the doors and that strange man wearing all black detonated the bomb inside...

The siren wailed through the Capitol building, the President was rushed down to the nearest exit and the Minister of Defence was taken through the front to a waiting motorcade, just in time to witness the explosion that killed him and his guard. Soldiers rushed towards the driver of the vehicle.
