TRU: Terrorist Response Unit (open RP)

I have observed that terrorism in our already turbulent world of NS is on the rise, and quickly becoming quiet a formidable threat to the very democracy we enjoy. Therefore, to combat this rising tide, I have decided to establish an organisation known as the Terrorist Response Unit, or TRU for short.
The Terrorist Response Unit is an organisation which member nations actively take part in sharing anti-terrorist intelligence, and anti-terrorist operations together as a whole. it must not be mistaken for an alliance, but this is simply a tactical group specialised in terrorism only.

I as a full member of the Terrorist Response Unit agree to uphold and obey the rules of this organisation as long as I am a member, and I pledge that I will always be against the forces of terrorism, and the use of its strategies as an offensive force. I agree that all information said on the TRU Forums should be kept secret from terrorist forces, and I alsio understand that if I support terrorism whether it be through the physical, or moral support, or the sharing of information; my membership in the TRU will be automatically terminated, and I may become a target of the greater TRU myself.

If you fight directly, then that is fine. But as long as you dont use terrorism against citizens. EG: Car Bombings.

I will submit my
12th Urban Tactics Squad (6 men) – CAR-15 Equipped
for testing.
My nation is interested in this group.
We submit ODA-491 (Operational Detachment Alpha 491) from our 3rd Special Forces Group. A total of 12 men, equiped according to the mission, but most commenly equiped with modified Colt M4A1 SOPMODs.
We are interested. We pledge a part of our First Special Forces Division to aid your efforts. The men are already highly training in urban warfare, with a little touching up, we are sure they will become excellent counter-terrorists.

Burning witches doesnt count as terrorism does it? they have a fair trial and even get to choose its type; fire, water or combat.
If thats OK, I can use the religious masses in every country to gather information and pass iton to my inquisitorial agents

In our region we are under the cruel control of Dr.Evil, who is our regional delegate (Region: Hills Road). He uses terrorism to keep the other states in line and force them to elect him as their leader.
