The Republic of Elizabethshire, has nothing to do with the recent terrorist attacks in Hoko City on the Disputed Island.
No Fianacing of the Rebellion has occured from our banks.
No Elizabethshire Weaponry has been given to the Rebellion
No Elizabethshire Troops have trained the Freedom Fighters.
We do give them moral support. That is all.
The 24th Foriegn Reaction Fleet will stay in International Waters off the Island of Hokos. You are hereby warned, any Cayan Aircraft or Planes with any arament at all, reaching within 7 (Seven) Miles of the 24th Fleet, will be considered a Pre-emptive attack, and will result in Immedate Hostilities with the Nation of Cayo.
Elizabethshire will respect your territorial Waters of Hoko, for the moment in the interests of peace. As noted, we will stay twenty miles off the coast of Hoko, well within the six miles ordered by International law. We will not withdraw our fleet. ITs there to stay for the moment.
We do not wish war, only peace, but your Nation's History for Armed Robbery of defenseless islands, cause us to be there.
