We bring you perilous new, fellow sapients. It seems that the barbarian Packs have stolen a number of our military ships! Apparently, in a series of brilliant assaults by these Packs, they were able to capture these military ships in a lightning raid that was well planned, and well coordinated. We have never seen the uncivilized Packs act like this before.
Worse yet, these vicious sapients are headed for Earth! By following their telemetry, we have ascertained that at the trajectory, speed and direction, not seeing any changes, they will arrive in the Sol system within a week
The Serene Republic of Pangea V warns all human nations to be on HIGH alert. These creatures see you as food, and would love nothing better to launch an assault to raid your people for humans to eat, valuables and water.
We call on all member nations of the League of Sentient Beings to begin immediate patrols of the Sol system. we recommend a listening post on the outskirts of your system to listen for, and give early warning of their approach.

Thank you. We have bene tailing them, and they should be near Pluto in about 48 of your hours. We would ask you to TRY to aim to disable their space drives. If you will do that, and then pull out, we will shoot some EMP shells to frag their targeting systems and their weapons. Then we can board, dispatch any resistance and take prisoners.
We have intelligence that the barbarian Packs wish to start an intergalactic incident, and see all Terrans as enemies for trading with us and establish peaceful relations. We caught some Dominant Males and Females in lightning, dawn raids and after questioning them have uncovered a plan to cause massive destruction to Terrans, particularlly the nations we trade with. The goal is to cause such nations to attacks us, and cause an intergalactic war on many fronts. While this would happend, a coordinated series of strikes against civilized Pack cities, warehouses and of course against the nomadic Herds (Us!) would happend. The ultimate goal is to destroy the Herd's power of government and to punish the civilized city living Packs at the same time. we need these treacherous slime to confirm what we have bene told and to find out who the heck it is that came up with and is prosecutin this war. Sort of like some of your nations looking for Ben Laden.

PS: When we shoot the EMP shell, get the hell out of dodge. It is set to detonate on command and will fry any circutry with a 1 kilometer distance.
