The Holy Empire of Cav, in its willingness to share its wealth around the world, has created a fund specifically geared towards giving money to nations. There is currently an undiclosed amount (but in the trillions, for sure) of cash that is readily available for any nations that make claims for it. This money is 100% interest free, and we do not expect payback at any time.

Here's how it works:

Leave a reply here, in this thread. It will be treated as a secret message from your nation to our Minister of the Treasury, Alex Hamilton. Or, for super secrecy, you can telegram our nation.

This money is open to everybody. However, you need a good and justifiable reason to request it. We're not just giving out cash to those who say "give me money." Also, if you've got 1.75 billion people and a frightening economy, you probably don't need any help from us.

The Holy Empire of Cav reserves the right to refuse money to any nations which do not pass our requirements, or to those who have been hostile towards our nation or allies in the past, or to those of whom it is believed will take hostile action towards Cav or any of its allies in the near future.
