The armed republic of lioy is looking for help to rebuild is Army. We are now about 100 million pupolated and we need a new Air and Naval Fleet and a new Fantry (heavy and light) a tank division, and other things....
but i don't know how to start, how many ships and what kind of ship?? how many tanks/soldiers/planes/etc??

Start with the army (infantry, tanks, APCs, artillery), then get a Navy and Air force later. Ships and aircraft are very expensive to buy and maintain compared to land (Army) forces.
