The USSY has announced that it is working on a ship that is the shape and size of your average small destroyer. However it is a bit thinner. Except its bow is sharp, it is as sharp as the most sharpest sword. If one were to touch it they would get hurt.
The purpose of this hull is to make it as streamlined as possible, the boat will be estimated to be able to reach a speed of atleast Mach 1 on water.
The boat when stationary will be very unstable and there will always be the risk of it tipping over. However whilst this is unlikely it would be easy to do. While stationary it would be hard to stand up in and would always nearly touch the water.
